Reward
I'm going to create a reward system for myself. Things that I want but don't feel that normally I should have.
I'm not really sure what I'm going to reward myself with but suggestions are welcome!
I am personally in love with these gorgeous shoes from New Look! They are so feminine and chic, I have a thing for simpler shoes with little detail. I might make ones of these my 'Hey! I lost a stone!' shoes. Sounds like a plan.
An introduction
So my name's Hannah.
I've tried blogging before but never with much success. This blog is different, this one is for me. It's not aimed at readers or sympathetic strangers but of course they are welcome. It's to encourage me to lose weigh and reach my goal goal and to share my experience along the way.
I've joined a lot of internet forums for weight loss but no one ever seems to have the same goal as me. I want to lose 5 stone that's about 70 pounds. There are plenty of people who want to lose one stone or two but there never seems to be anyone the same as me.
So this is to help me (and maybe you) lose weight and monitor the process. I'v bought a cross trainer and a skipping rope, it's not much but it's a start. I did used to go to the gym, but the gym by me is very small and seeing the same skinny muscular people there made me feel like a failure and so my other half used to drag me there in the end.
As I find healthy recipes and new exercises I'll share them on here in case someone else is in the same position as me. You are not alone, I'm here with my honest fat bog. I'm not going to lie about how hard, hot, sweaty and ugly this is going to get.
This is my first post, the start of my journey.
